IT Partners is a privately held company, with a board of Directors, comprising Andrew Johnson and two independent directors: Garth Biggs and Carlos Da Silva (Chairman).
Garth Biggs has management experience in a wide range of industries and is one of the few New Zealand CIOs who have moved on to a CEO role (at Gen-i). Garth specializes in corporate governance, ICT strategy, and the alignment of business, performance and leadership.
Carlos da Silva has been a Director of IT Partners since inception, and became Chairman in 2008. Carlos is a chartered accountant and professional director, the Chairman of King St Advertising Limited and on the board of Fisher and Paykel Finance Limited and Trelise Cooper Group Limited. Carlos also has a number of other roles including being on the advisory board for The Westervelt Company.
