Lance joined us in late 2008 after developing his support skills while working on the national helpdesk at Konica Minolta. Lance is a Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician and has a Bachelor of Electronic Commerce - majoring in information systems management. His focus is now on studying towards MCSE certification and helping our clients solve their technical issues so they can get on with business.
