One of the most enjoyable aspects of my job is when the team at IT Partners comes up with something that saves a heap of time or cost through re-working a process or doing something different. Last year we were doing a quarterly review at an accounting firm when we came across the manual creation of a folder structure for every client of that firm. This process took up more than ten hours of admin time every year.
This is the second year where we have now run the script, taking approximately 15 minutes of our time, and saving our client’s staff hours of work. However we would never have come across it if it weren’t for our quarterly reviews, and our goal of working on IT problems that really matter.
