Beaurepaires

Problem :

Beaurepaires under new owners wanted to increase customer service and retention, and become more efficient by utilising technology. Being a national company, Beaurepaires understood the importance of the network link between stores, but the existing network underperformed and was expensive to run.

PROCESS :

IT Partners rolled out a Managed Wide Area Network, increasing network performance by a factor of 10 and reducing monthly costs.

IT Partners initially used standard copper broadband connections, and started a program of rolling out fibre to the stores, increasing performance (again) and reliability.

Solution :

With the new network in place, Beaurepaires were able to gain efficiencies, moving more systems and processes electronically, removing faxes, and generally improving store performance.
