In conjunction with Microsoft, IT Partners will be conducting our annual client satisfaction survey again in the second week of June. This survey helps us benchmark against the performance of other IT companies, nationally and internationally. This feedback from our clients is priceless to the growth and success of IT Partners.
We have taken onboard the most mentioned suggested improvements from last year and as one of those our office is now manned by an Engineer from 7:30am. We have also upped our communications even more through blogs & news articles on our website, and our quarterly newsletter and memo’s. The only way we have been able to put these changes in place is by knowing what our clients want, so please spare us 15mins to fill out the survey when it arrives in your Inbox.
