The IT Partners’ motto of getting stuff done couldn’t be achieved without our staff having the right tools.  When you have all your ducks in a row, your work can be achieved faster and more efficiently - here’s some tips on how we at IT Partners do it.
 

  • Multiple screens – get the full picture by looking at multiple programs in one go.  We are lucky enough to have three screens, but at the very least we highly recommend dual screens.
  • Emails to mobile device – take advantage of downtime when you’re out and about by responding to queries on the go.  You’ll stay on top of your workload and won’t have to return to a bursting inbox.
  • Voicemail to email – our office phone voicemail is connected to our email.  This means we are notified of voice messages from our landline almost instantly.  This makes it easy for our clients to get ahold of us virtually anytime, anywhere.
  • Common platform – we all run the same versions of software, making sharing documents seamless and use of the special features within that software universal.
  • Clear ergonomic workspaces – we promote clutter free work spaces, adjustable monitor stands, cordless mice, making almost everything within arm’s reach.
  • Integrated systems – our internal systems are integrated as much as possible including schedules, service desk, annual leave and CRM.  This alleviates chopping and changing between systems.
