We all know how frustrating it can be to get great support from your Telecommunications Provider. IT Partners partnership with Vodafone means that we have access to the Vodafone systems, and can therefore offer our clients a dedicated level of service with the full backing of Vodafone and the IT Partners team.
This, along with all of the new business opportunities meant that we couldn’t keep up with the demand for Vodafone products and services. It quickly became obvious that we needed a full time person for the job so we started the recruitment process.
After a good search, Kent Taylor joined IT Partners as our Vodafone Manager at the start of July 2010. Kent comes to us from Vodafone so already has great knowledge of the products and services on offer. We anticipate Kent working with new and current clients as follows;
- Review current Telecommunications solutions to ensure they are the best fit for your business
- Regular review of Vodafone landline and mobile accounts and suggest recommendations for any applicable changes as well as on going account management.
- If you are not currently on the Vodafone network Kent can analyse your current bills and inform you of potential cost savings or better solutions should you make the move. You can then have IT Partners look after your I.T and telecommunication needs
