At IT Partners we focus on constant improvement and a big part of that is reflected in the continuous training that our Technicians undertake. These aren’t just courses that you can complete and walk away from, there are exams to complete – keeping the competitiveness in the office at a healthy level!
In the last couple of months Peter, Lance, and Frazer have all set, and very successfully passed exams. Peter has been busying himself with understanding the new features and management tools of Server 2008 to utilise it as best as possible. Frazer has recently completed his Cisco CCNA qualification which focuses on the ever changing and increasingly complex area of networking. And Lance has just completed his Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator and is working towards being a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
So what does this mean, well in simple terms it means you get Technicians who are certified, highly knowledgeable and up to date with the latest software, hardware & technologies and they're only getting smarter.
