We are always looking at our business processes for productivity improvements. For a number of years the team has been looking for software that will integrate our multiple in-house programs. These programs perform tasks such as; timesheets, staff tracking, CRM, service tracking & coordination and invoicing – it’s been a long wait but we have finally found it.
Previously we had been using multiple systems that did not integrate; these software limitations meant we were using some cumbersome and time consuming methods to achieve our goals.
We have been trialling and training on the system for a couple of months and plan to ‘go live’ at the start of July. Internally this new system will mean faster, more efficient work practises with better reporting.
Initially externally, it will be business as usual apart from some invoicing changes and more detailed reporting. These changes will be well communicated to all clients prior to our ‘go live’ date. The second stage of the project will focus on our client requirements, including a client dedicated portal for logging and tracking our work.
We are very excited about this project, it is one of three projects that we have got going on to improve the operations and deliver value to clients of IT Partners.
