As promised, to follow is an update on what we are doing with the results from the survey many of you took in June. Your feedback is valuable and we’re sorry we could only give away one iPad, but there’s always next year…
We really do value the information that comes out of this survey. It is not just shelved and forgotten about, we have analysed the data, presented it to the whole team and are taking steps to ensure that we work on the most commonly highlighted issues.
We are very proud of the responses we have received, the overall feedback is very positive but there is always room for improvement. Out of these results we have prioritized 4 key points and set up a weekly meeting to discuss, review and implement change, so we can to do our best to meet our clients expectations.
