Remote Monitoring

IT Partners provide a subscribed Remote Monitoring service to as many of our clients as possible, because we know how much money can go down the drain to repair a preventable problem.

We provide this proactive, preventative maintenance service so issues are addressed before they interrupt your business – or your customers.

Workstation & Server Health
Our system notifies us of any anomalies with workstations or servers and picks up potential problems such as high CPU usage, low memory and minimal hard drive space.

For example, we can be notified when a workstation, or the server, has limited memory or RAM left. This enables us to inform the user who can then either clean some space on their PC, or order more RAM.  No onsite visit is required and we are quickly pointed to the error rather than needing to hunt for the root of the problem.

Patch Management
We have highlighted the importance of patches in a previous article.  This monitoring allows us to see the number of patches installed and which ones have been approved or denied by your server and/or workstation.  If a workstation is not being shut down to enable it to receive patches, then we can see that it needs attention and is potentially at risk.

Remote Audits
We can also perform workstation audits showing us the age, operating system, applications installed as well as which software versions are being run.  This makes it easy to find information for Microsoft audits and tells us who requires software upgrades.  We can also tell which machines are coming to the end of their life - eliminating site visits.
