Vodafone Business Customer Care

In April this year, Vodafone launched their new customer service team dedicated solely to Vodafone's business customers. You can call this team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for any queries you may have relating to both mobile and fixed line products and services - either call 888 from your mobile or 0800 400 888 from your landline.

The call centre is based at Vodafone head office in Auckland, so your calls are never routed overseas (the company's consumer customer service is based in Egypt!).  The team is very good (I have used them myself) and the hold times are minimual.  So if you need help, or just have a general query, you can call this team anytime.
