Back in 2008 the IT Partners board did some extensive work on strategy. At the time both Carlos M da Silva and I had been influenced by some world-class thinkers and experts in the field of strategy. For IT Partners the majority of our strategy distilled down to three magic words: clients, clients and clients. Nearly 10 years later this part of our strategy remains a constant. A good demonstration of this is our first line support team – average time to answer a phone call 9 seconds.
