*Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is IT Partners Limited, Panama East, Level 2/469 Grey Street, Hamilton East, Hamilton 3216, New Zealand (“the Promoter”). IT Partners Limited is a subsidiary of LondonGreen Limited.

2. Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.
2.2 The Promoter may request proof of eligibility. Failure to provide valid evidence may result in disqualification. 

3. Promotion Period
3.1 The promotion opens on 1 November 2025 and closes at 11:59pm NZDT on 30 November 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
3.2 Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted. 

4. How to Enter
4.1 To enter, participants must donate NZD $10 or more to any member of the London Green Group Movember team via the official Movember fundraising link during the Promotion Period.
4.2 Every full $10 donated equals one entry into the prize draw. (For example, a $30 donation equals three entries.)
4.3 There is no limit to the number of entries per person.
4.4 Donations are made directly to Movember. The Promoter does not receive any portion of donation funds. 

5. Prizes
5.1 The prizes for this promotion are:
• A two-night stay at Recline on Leo, Waihi Beach (supplied by TPM). Dates are subject to availability.
• Apple HomePod Mini
• Samsung S22 smartphone and portable charger
• Chiefs home jersey
• $100 Scotts Epicurean voucher
• Four Good George squealers
• One afternoon of games and gear hire at Padel Park

5.3 Prizes are not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.
5.4 If any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. 
5.5 One Winner Per Prize, Each prize listed in clause 5.1 will be awarded to one winner only, meaning there will be one winner for each individual prize.

6. Winner Selection
6.1 A random prize draw will take place on 1 December 2025 using a fair and auditable method (e.g., a random number generator).
6.2 The draw will be conducted by the Promoter at its Hamilton office.
6.3 Each entry has an equal chance of winning.
6.4 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

7. Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize
7.1 The winner will be contacted via the email address or phone number associated with their Movember donation or provided at entry. Otherwise will be contacted through social media.
7.2 If the winner cannot be contacted within five (5) working days, the prize may be forfeited and the Promoter may redraw at its discretion.
7.3 By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to provide their name and a photo for reasonable promotional use by the Promoter (e.g., social media announcement). 

8. Verification and Disqualification
8.1 The Promoter may verify all entries and may disqualify any entrant who:tampers with the entry process,provides incomplete or inaccurate information, orbreaches these Terms & Conditions.
8.2 If an ineligible entry is drawn, the Promoter may redraw the prize.

9. Privacy
9.1 Personal information collected for this promotion will be used solely for:administering the competition,contacting winners, andpromotional announcements (where consent is provided).
9.2 Information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
9.3 Personal information will not be shared with Movember except as required to validate a donation.

10. Liability
10.1 The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage (whether direct, indirect, or consequential) arising in connection with the promotion or the prizes, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10.2 The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues affecting the entry process, including delays or failures on the Movember platform. 

11. Changes to the Promotion
11.1 The Promoter may amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if an event outside its reasonable control occurs, provided that any changes do not materially disadvantage entrants. 

12. Acceptance of Terms
12.1 Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
12.2 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
