At IT Partners, we believe that when our people feel supported in life’s most significant moments—both the expected and the unexpected—they thrive.


That’s why we’re proud to announce two new benefits that reflect our values and commitment to wellbeing: enhanced parental leave and health insurance with nib. Both have been introduced with one goal in mind: to give our people more choice, greater peace of mind, and the confidence to live well both at home and at work.

Our Enhanced Parental Leave Benefit


We know how important family is and how big a moment it is to welcome a new child. So earlier this year, we asked ourselves a simple but powerful question:
“How can we give our team more choice at a time they need it most?”


That’s the “why” behind our new and improved Parental Leave Benefit: to enable our people with the time, resources, and flexibility to grow their families without putting their careers on hold. We’re proud to say that being a parent and building a career can go hand in hand.


Our Refreshed Parental Leave Policy
Working with Crayon, we’ve introduced a formalised Parental Leave Benefit Policy that reflects our values and commitment to our people. The updated policy includes:

Financial Support

• 26 weeks of salary top-ups for primary carers (birthing parent)
• 2 weeks of paid leave for partners/spouses
• Access to Crayon’s Financial Baby Prep Program


Connection and Flexibility

• Ongoing support and allowances to stay connected, including events, and professional and personal development opportunities
• Continued access to all company benefits, including promotion opportunities while on leave[JF1] [DC2] 
• Flexible work options, both temporary and permanent, to ease the return to work
One of the most important things to us was giving our team the choice to stay connected in the way that suits them, and return to work in a way that works for their life.

Crayon Baby Prep Program
We know the ‘unknown’ can add stress to what should be a joyful time. That’s why we’ve partnered with Steph from Crayon to offer their Baby Prep Program which is:

  • Focused on helping participants understand their options and make informed decisions
  • Tailored to each individual’s lifestyle and goals
  • Aims to build knowledge, confidence, and a sense of control while preparing for this next chapter

New Health Insurance with nib


Life doesn’t just bring joyful surprises; it can also bring challenges. Inspired by Nigel Latta’s story at our 25-year celebration, and backed by what we’ve heard in employee feedback, we have introduced a new Health Insurance Benefit with nib for all IT Partners employees.


From their first day, our team is covered with a base level of health insurance designed to alleviate the stress of long public waitlists and unexpected medical costs. This includes coverage for everything from minor surgeries to major scans such as MRIs and CTs.


We’ve also built in flexibility so our employees can choose to upgrade their cover and extend it to family members. And to recognise loyalty, long-serving employees (5+ years) will have access to a subsidy model to help with add-ons and family cover.


This gives our people confidence that when life takes an unexpected turn, they already have insurance in place to help ease the burden.
